Cancellation Policy

 We understand that plans can change. As a small regional accommodation provider, late cancellations can be difficult to refill.

Standard Bookings

• Cancel 14 days or more before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• Cancel 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancel fewer than 7 days before arrival, or fail to arrive: 100% of the total booking cos

Property‑Related Issues

If we are unable to provide your booked cabin because of an unforeseen property-related issue, you will receive a full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Pets are not permitted.
• Free Wi-Fi and TV.
• Private parking beside your cabin.
• Easy access from Galah Street.
• Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 7 am.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs.
• Bed linen: Your booking includes linen for the number of guests booked. Please use only the beds required for registered guests. A $25 cleaning and linen fee per additional bed may apply if extra beds or linen are used.
