Our cancellation policy balances flexibility for guests with the realities of operating a small regional property where last‑minute
rebookings are rarely possible.
Standard Bookings
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations made 14–7 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking.
No‑shows will be charged 100% of the total booking.
Property‑Related Issues
If the cabin becomes unavailable or unsafe due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., essential service failure), you will receive a full
refund
in line with Australian Consumer Law.
