Our cancellation policy balances flexibility for guests with the realities of operating a small regional property where last‑minute
rebookings are rarely possible.
Standard Bookings
Guests who cancel up to 14 days or more before arrival 6.00pm AEST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
Guests who cancel between 14–7 days before 6,00pm AEST on the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount.
Guests who cancel less than 7 days before 6.00pm AEST on the day of check-in (including no shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount,
Property‑Related Issues
If the cabin becomes unavailable or unsafe due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., essential service failure), you will receive a full
refund
in line with Australian Consumer Law.
