Our Terms

1. General

By making a booking with Longreach Starlight Cabins, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions. These conditions apply to all reservations, whether made directly or through third‑party booking platforms.

2. Booking & Payment

One night payment is required to secure all bookings.
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
Non‑refundable and advance‑purchase rates require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Check‑In & Check‑Out

- Check‑in: from 2:00pm
- Check‑out: by 10:00am
- Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available on request and may incur a fee.
- Self check‑in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:
- Treat the cabin and property with care
- Keep noise to a reasonable level
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving the cabin
- Comply with all posted rules and instructions provided by management

5. Damage, Loss & Extra Cleaning

- Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage or loss caused during their stay.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the cabin is left excessively dirty, including spills, stains, or strong odours.
- Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.

6. Pet‑Free Property

- Longreach Starlight Cabins is a strictly pet‑free property.
- No animals are permitted inside cabins or on the premises.
- Breaches may result in immediate termination of stay and additional cleaning fees.

7. Smoking & Vaping

- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside cabins.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- A cleaning fee will apply for any breach.

8. Maximum Occupancy

- Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit as stated in the booking.
- Additional guests must be approved by management and may incur extra charges.
- Unapproved extra guests may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

9. Personal Belongings

- Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
- Management accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

10. Parking

- On‑site parking is available for registered guests.
- Management is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or contents.

11. Behaviour & Eviction

Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for:
- Aggressive or unsafe behaviour
- Illegal activity
- Damage to property
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Disturbing other guests or neighbours

12. Force Majeure / Travel Disruptions

Management is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events outside our control, including weather, road closures, illness, or transport disruptions.
Where major access roads into Longreach are officially closed, guests may rebook or receive a credit at management's discretion.

13. Privacy

Guest information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes and is handled in accordance with Australian privacy requirements.

14. Amendments

Longreach Starlight Cabins may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.

15. Fire Evacuation Sign and Diagram

Guests are required to read and familiarise themselves with the Fire Evacuation Sign and Diagram displayed inside each cabin. If anything is unclear or further assistance is needed, guests must contact management immediately for clarification.
